XVID Player supports XVID (DIVX) files. It can also play other video files. It is a small program. The interface is simple and easy to use. We can take screenshots from the video. Creation of playlists is also possible. A built-in search function makes finding your file easier.

XVID Player provides you with the function of playing the popular format XviD. This simple application is similar to all other media players developed by vsevensoft. Here you will find all the basic functions, such as play, stop, switch ratio and volume.
When you are playing a file, you can see a bar that shows the progress and the video files' remaining time. You can move that bar forward if you want to. The player lets you watch your XviD files in the full screen mode or in a reduced window. Actually, you can adjust the program's main window to any size by clicking on its extremes and extending it.
If there are many XviD files on your computer, you can create as many playlists, as you want and manage them directly from the playlist menu on the program's window. You can set the software to remember the playlist you are watching at the moment, so that you do not have to look it up every time you launch the software. Plus, there is a search engine that will display all results related to the XviD format. You can associate the player with XviD files, so that every time you play a XviD file it will be played on this free player. |
